If you have installed GoPDM in the last few weeks, you may have received an installer with a small bug. Occassionally, it would fail to create a subfolder in your installation folder called Images. This would present 'File Not Found' errors at some points in the program. Please download the updated installer from the website and run it over top of your existing installation to correct this. If you have an Images folder under your GoPDM install path, this does not affect you. |

What's the catch?
Nothing. The software is absolutely free. We require you to register (for free) on the website to download the software and verify your registration when running the program, but that is it. Your registration information will never be given or sold to anyone outside of Fawcett Design, Inc. However, because we are a company that needs to have sales to stay in business, by registering, you may receive sales offers for our other products and services. The software also contains an advertising banner. This is updated from the internet when you verify your registration. We would be happy to email you the source code for the advertising if you have any concerns about privacy. We do reserve the right to disable registrations that provide fictitious information. We also offer paid implementation, training, and support for GoPDM. If the software is so good, why give it away?
In the simplest terms, the software industry is incredibly competitive and we are primarily an engineering and design company, not a software sales company. We feel it is in our best intrest to share this software to market our other services rather than have it collect dust on our shelf. What kind of support do you offer?
Out of the box, there is only community based support available on the website. However, we offer per incident support as well as support contracts which you can read about on the Help pages.
