Out of the box, GoPDM provides on community based support via the forums on this website. We monitor the forums and will respond to questions as time permits. There are paid support services available also that are described below.
Implementation Services:
Fawcett Design offers implementation services on a quoted basis to install and configure GoPDM for your organization. This includes hardware recommendations, server installation, assistance with your backup configuration, GoPDM client software installations, assitance configuring the servers for remote (WAN) access, and Server configuration for users, permissions, groups, and folders. Per Incident Support:
Fawcett Design will offer per incident support at a rate of $75/hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour for any support needs related to GoPDM you may require. Contact
